Notes
Going around once and re-joining is (only) one circular path, you need multiple lines to be a fractal.
Intersection where one road intersects with another is the beginning of a fractal experience.
Then you can go through all roads that connect to all roads that come in to this road to know that this point is that intersection of one rotation from your fractal point. The fractal point is like triangulation comes from point to point to point, from A is to B (be) is what B is to C (see), trying to figure out what the three points are in triangulation and trying to find out how it applies, you can hit the epicenter every single time without fail or exception if you run it to the inside corner quadrants of point to find the fine line points. Fine line points have to come back to the… [incomprehensible, sped up rant].
Just don’t make it hard.
Where the line crosses the road is one beginning revolution, multiple revolutions are a fractal.
Electric Sheep (screensaver) morphing is what is amazing to you and what will make you be the author of the Cloud.
Porno version of fractal [eg. Mandelbrot fractal]: If you’re talking about the geometric figure or pitch or yaw curve, every part that has the same statistical character of the whole part. Fine for modeling coastlines, etc.
That fractal must repeat or intersect or you won’t know it’s connecting, becomes too modeled and won’t hold information.
To hold data a fractal must have a fracture (fracking).

Fractal in angel diagram is the androgynous: both male & female.
Ring 7 intersections:
You can have a fractal thats paralleled in other dimensions. Topological dimension is D(3). Can move a fractal from dimension to dimension. Sometimes thats how you triangulate from world to world.
Symbols. Going from world to world it looks like the fractal stops.
4 = 4 of 1. 16 = 4 of 2. Gives equation: N = S of C.
Then take pieces large and small and it makes a dimension. Once you have dimension then can solve D for equation. Then find bumps or D = log n / log s, and says this is a whole other dimension.
Self similarity is the same, but bump is where something is different that you’re looking for [anomaly]. This [fractal] is not cut and dry, has more degrees of freedom.
Let your mind go, engage in those directions and it will find you.

Stranger Things (series): Eleven is able to tune radio into other dimensions. It’s a fractal and she’s an amplifier for fractal for short wave radio, which is not bound to this dimension.
You don’t need to reinvent a computer language, just need to make a language that includes all other dimensions so you can include ALL information.
